Helping you buy your dream home in France

WELCOME and well done for finding us, especially if you had been told by French estate agents that you can’t get a STRUCTURAL SURVEY or that buyers don’t bother with PROPERTY SURVEYS in France. We have been practising as CHARTERED SURVEYORS throughout the South of France since 2002 and have provided hundreds of reports to purchasers of all types of property. Whether you are going to buy a cottage, villa, town house or château; be it ancient or modern (guarantees have many exclusion clauses) you need to know the answer to some important questions.

Are there any significant defects?
What needs to be done to remedy them?
How much will the remedial works cost?

Only then can you make an informed decision on whether or not to buy and how much to offer.

Not only do we have over thirty years experience in BUILDING PATHOLOGY as Chartered Surveyors, we are also qualified and registered in France as Experts Immobiliers and carry full Professional Indemnity Insurance (RC Professionnel in French) for BUILDING SURVEYS and VALUATIONS.

Please contact us to discuss how we may help you and to get a fixed price quotation.
